COOKIE POLICY
Understanding Our Use of Cookies
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies ramtechglobal.com uses, which companies receive data through them, and how you control them. Optional cookies are only set if you choose to allow them, and you can change your choice at any time.
Last updated: 29 September 2026
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet or phone) when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, work in the same way. In this policy we call them all “cookies”. Some are set by us (first-party cookies) and some are set by other companies whose services we use (third-party cookies).
Your Choices and Consent
When you first visit our website, a banner asks which optional cookies you are happy for us to use. You can choose Accept all, Reject all or Preferences to pick individual categories. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and rejecting optional cookies does not stop you using the website.
- Nothing optional runs until you agree. Analytics and advertising tools, including Google Tag Manager, are not loaded, and no data is sent to them, until you give consent.
- You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings, which is also linked in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops optional cookies from that point on.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising cookies and switch them off automatically.
- We remember your choice for 180 days, then ask again. We will also ask again if we make significant changes to the cookies we use.
Types of Cookies We Use
- Strictly necessary: needed for the website to work and be secure, for example protecting the site from attacks, displaying images correctly and remembering your cookie choice. These do not need your consent and cannot be switched off.
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are viewed, which files are downloaded and which links are clicked, so we can improve our content.
- Advertising (optional): Google Ads helps us measure whether our adverts lead to enquiries and lets us show Ramtech adverts to people who have visited our website (remarketing). These cookies share data with Google.
Who Receives Data Through Cookies
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager), only if you allow analytics or advertising cookies. Google receives information about your visit, such as pages viewed, clicks and downloads, device and browser type, an online identifier, and your IP address (which Google uses to estimate an approximate location). For advertising, Google may use this data under its own terms. Learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
- HubSpot, which provides the forms on our contact, quote and demo pages. HubSpot’s form script loads on those pages so the form can be displayed. The details you enter are sent to HubSpot, which acts on our behalf, when you submit the form. We do not use HubSpot’s tracking cookies.
- Sucuri, our website security firewall, which processes every request to our website (including your IP address) to block attacks.
We do not use session recording, live chat or keystroke-recording tools on this website. We do not sell your personal information for money. For more on how we handle personal data, including international transfers and your rights, see our Privacy Statement.
California Residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you rights over your personal information.
- Sharing for advertising. Our use of Google Ads remarketing cookies may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We only do this if you allow advertising cookies.
- Your right to opt out. You can opt out of this sharing at any time by choosing Reject all, or by switching off Advertising in Cookie settings. We also honour Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out.
- No sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
- Your other rights, including the rights to know, delete and correct your personal information, and how to exercise them, are set out in our Privacy Statement. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

How Do I Change My Cookie Settings?
The easiest way is Cookie settings, which lets you accept, reject or change each category at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the website working. To find out more about cookies, including how to see which cookies have been set, visit www.aboutcookies.org or www.allaboutcookies.org.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for legal, operational or regulatory reasons. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we add new optional cookies, we will ask for your consent again.
