Blokkerne husede 61 boliger med blandet boligform\u00e5l. Beliggende lige ved den eksisterende jernbanelinje, havde stedet strenge adgangsbegr\u00e6nsninger og begr\u00e6nsede arbejdstider. Beboerne forblev i boligerne under hele projektet. St\u00f8ttestiger i hele h\u00f8jden, udsatte materialer p\u00e5 de ydre v\u00e6gge og forl\u00e6ngede \u00e5bningstider medf\u00f8rte en \u00f8get brandrisiko.
